During my time with Clever, I accomplished many things to include the following:• I improved existing and developed new Infusionsoft sales funnels and processes, targeted marketing campaigns and customized long-term follow-up sequences; • I developed and maintained a new real-time, action-driven sync process between 2 Infusionsoft apps• I developed and maintained a lead classification and distribution process;• I maintained the integrity and stability of the Infusionsoft database and campaigns;• I developed and maintained the company’s customized, fully-integrated CustomerHub member site;• I helped develop the company’s KPIs (Key Performance Indicators);• I developed a new proprietary reporting tool using SQL that displayed Key Performance Metrics, ROI, Sales Floor statistics, and FuseDesk and ZenDesk Ticket tracking, all in real-time; designed and developed custom Sales Dashboards for Consultants and the Sales Director;• I helped develop and maintain 2 company websites and multiple social media platforms and feeds;• I developed the online content of multiple products, and supervised their launches and fulfillment.

Included is a list of responsibilities during my entire tenure:• Custom application development and implementation;• Take ownership of clients and manage initial application installation projects; • Test and debug new software package prior to release and follow up with developers on any issues or problems;• Create trouble tickets if necessary and perform any necessary follow up, or find a suitable work-around until the development team can resolve the issue permanently;• Troubleshoot networking issues within the client’s business to ensure a stable software environment;• Help clients with technical support issues by phone, email, instant messaging or live chat.
