Having a clear plan of action helps your whole team arrive at the same destination on time. I practice staying as far ahead of the game as possible; predicting our clients’ needs and prepare our team to address them quickly. By taking a collaborative approach to our key account relationships, frequently discussing what specific actions I can take for them and carefully listening to their feedback and directions.
