I transferred from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and studied there for four years. When studying there, I learned how to tailor, drape, sew, illustrate, and gathered an understanding of art & fashion history. In my own time, I learned how to 3D sculpt & animate, paint on textiles, do beading on fabric, embroidery, and work with various textiles such as pvc, leather, and denim.With my experience and skills, I was able to be a semi-finalist in the Pierre Cardin American Design Contest in November 2022, be a featured fashion designer in FIT’s Runway27 Fall 2023 Fashion Show titled Synergy, help work & create items for Luar’s Spring 2025 Ready-to-Wear collection, and I plan to show during NYFW in February 2025 through the company RISE NYFW.
