Morning drive radio personality on "Hits 94." When I arrived, the ratings were 14th in the market and I created the concept of a "More Music Morning" for our station. After less than 18 months, the ratings for morning drive had improved to Sixth (6th) in the market. Additional outside appearances, public speaking and community service projects were also part of my duties.

Director of Radio. Program creation and execution for on air and online delivery. Our staff created and produced national and international daily and weekly programs that aired in the US and in the UK.Notable accomplishment: Created and Hosted a NASCAR Post Race Show to air after live race coverage. This show was a startup and gained 35+ national radio affiliates and was carried on Sirius Radio NASCAR channel.

Producer (Then Sr. Producer) for two-hour weekly radio show featuring NASCAR drivers and Country music artists. Weekly travel throughout the country to obtain interviews. Our policy was not to use a phone line connection for interviews but rather to have the guests in studio. This concept produced two Billboard Magazine nominations for Best Syndicated Show in 1997 and again in 1998. My duties included planning and conducting interviews from both Nashville and Charlotte and, when possible, to be in victory lane to speak with the race winner. Those audio clips would make it on to the following weeks show.
