Developed and designed tooling and processes for multiple rubber plants within organization including: rubber mixing plant, hose extrusion plant, rubber molding plant and assembly plants.- Met new part production and quality improvement needs within budget and timing guidelines by purchasing equipment and tooling from outside supplier or designing and building internally depending on the need, timing and costs.
