• Managed the Incident Handling Triage Analysis and Network Defense Watch Officer Teams consisting of seventeen personnel whom coordinates, analyzes and supports the response to malicious activity on DoD networks. • Oversees the Knowledge Management Team that provided technical solutions and assistance which enhances the customer’s abilities to utilize modernized tools to effectively track and report status of incidents within the Department of Defense. • Consume, review, correlate, and report on high priority DOD, Intelligence, and USG operational reporting of threat and vulnerabilities to correlate similar incidents/events, malicious tradecraft, TTPs of malicious activity, and indicators utilized to impact or target the Global Information Grid. • Gathers requirements and makes recommendations for new operational capabilities and provides estimates to government customers for approval. • Review, analyze, and maintain the content of a DOD indicator database to aid in the detection and mitigation of threat activity.• Consume and analyze operational reporting from cyber organizations; prepare and deliver daily situational awareness and operational update briefings to USTRATCOM and JTF-GNO leadership.• Review and monitor incident response and status for accuracy and clarity from CC/S/A/FAs utilizing current and future tools; including the Joint CERT Database (JCD) and the Joint Incident Management System (JIMS).
