CREATIVE: write and record drum parts; collaborate on arrangements and songwriting; perform drum parts for live shows; assist with live show production, setup, and execution; assist with brand image maintenance with artwork design for all albums, t-shirts, stickers and merchandise as well as for all web presences; write all biographies and press releases. ADMINISTRATIVE: maintain business aspects of the band; assist with delegating and coordinating individual responsibilities of band members; budget for releases and tours; booking of shows and tours; review and interpret sales data; review and interpret analytics from sales and social media data;maintain web and social media presence; maintain contact with industry professionals; create press releases and act as publicist; maintain band owned websites and social media profiles.
