MedCall Advisors was founded in 2014 through RCB Management and is a Tele-Emergency medical provider delivering intervention into acute medical events (company provides Worker Comp., Healthcare and a wide array of medical testing via a nationwide medical practice group).Medcall Medical Technology Solutions was founded in 2020 and provides data integration for healthcare, workers comp. and claims management (company was established to integrate customer resources via technology support). Built new ventures to provide various healthcare/IT solutions to customers throughout the United States, leveraging innovative technologies and an extensive network of medical providers and practitioners. Scope of leadership responsibility is significant and includes business development, marketing, operations management, P&L, brand management, budgeting, human capital management, and project management (i.e., IT upgrades). Oversaw technology builds, including pilot program with W.R. Berkeley. Recruited all key personnel, including Chief Information Officer, Chief Operating Officer, SVPs, and others.

High Performance was founded through RCB Management. Built new manufacturing/distribution company providing various supplies to NASCAR drivers and teams. Created wholesale distribution division and directed operations, doubling revenue 10+ consecutive years and expanding distribution center to 42,500 square feet. Completed successful IPO efforts and later sold the public company. Served as COO for public company for 18 months.
