• Produces HVAC Upgrade structural reinforcement drawings for city permits and construction drawings nationwide under the supervision of project engineer, with major retailer client lists such as McDonald's, Taco Bell, Walgreens, PetSmart, O'Reilly Auto Parts, Michael's, etc. • Produces architectural/ structural drawings for city permits and construction drawings under the supervision by the project architect/ engineer, with projects mostly residential and retaining wall constructions. • Inputs electrical symbols in AutoCAD for electrical contractor, with client such as Universal Studios • Maintains and updates existing drawings necessary to comply with the changes on the design • Maintains and organizes drawing files in project folders by placing them in their specific archived folders • Performs job site visits to field measure and document existing site plan and structures • Produces as-built drawings using AutoCAD from sketch, pictures, or other documentations taken from job site visit for proposed work

• Produces structural drawings from architectural, mechanical, or civil drawings for preliminary design review to city permits and construction drawings under the supervision by the project engineer, with projects such as multi-story residential building, institutional, commercial, industrial, retaining wall and concrete work • Maintains and updates existing drawings necessary to comply with the changes on the design • Maintains and organizes drawing files in project folders by placing them in their specific archived folders • Performs job site visits with structural engineer to field measure and document existing structures • Produces as-built drawings using AutoCAD from sketch, pictures, or other documentations taken from job site visit for proposed work • Assists structural engineer to revise plan check corrections, respond to RFIs and review shop drawings • Visits job sites for structural observation report if structural engineer is not present • Provides AutoCAD/Revit-related technical support • Maintains and updates detail library • Creates AutoCAD blocks and Revit Structure families as necessary
