After spending over 20 years as a very successful Restaurant Franchisee with responsibility for 21 restaurants at one time, Randy decided to change careers and chose Real Estate. In his first year in Real Estate he was honored as the “Rookie of the Year” from the Weber/North Davis Association of Realtors. His first closing was 20 days after getting his license. Randy has been honored as one of the top 10 associates in listing production in the ERA National system, and also as a Top Office Producer for Prudential Utah Real Estate. He is a full time Associate Broker and enjoys the everyday business of selling real estate. Randy has been interviewed by national trainers and has had his insights and customer service ideas published in CD format to be used in the REPS (Real Estate Performance System) for Agent training nationwide. Randy is the author of several State Approved Continuing Education Courses. He is also a State Licensed Pre License Instructor for both sales agents and brokers. Randy regularly teaches at Stringham’s Real Estate School. Randy is very active in the Weber/North Davis Association of Realtors having served on many committees such as the Education Committee, the Technology committee, and the Political Activity committee. He has served on several Presidential Advisory Committees and also the Strategic Planning Committee. Randy Served for 4 years as a member of the WFR/MLS advisory committee. He recently served as an advisor to Pearson VUE/Promissor in the capacity of auditing the State administered pre license test and writing new test questions. Randy also served on the State sponsored committee that was responsible for the recently enacted new agent education requirements.
