Asset and Maintenance Management has been engrained in my blood from the first days I set foot onboard the Nuclear Powered Submarine, USS Narwhal SSN-671. After 30+ years of turning wrenches and managing maintenance departments and developing personal well being programs, I have a passion for making people and equipment work towards productivity goals, working safely and keeping them producing. Since 2008, I have worked to develop the most important and irreplaceable asset, human capital; another industrial asset that requires preventive, proactive and predictive maintenance technology and forethought.My core strengths fall under the general umbrella of Process Safety Management and Equipment Asset Management (EAM), Maintenance Consulting, Mechanical Integrity, Machinery Condition and Vibration Analysis, Root Cause Failure and Analysis. I am adept at aiding Personnel in finding and developing their strengths.Maintenance and Mechanical Integrity Experience includes over 30 years of tradesmen and management experience. I have successfully managed maintenance departments in Aluminum Casting, Rolling, and Finishing Facilities, Large Scale Automotive Production Environments and Oil Refineries. Mastering three CMMS programs as well as develop several Microsoft management systems for Oil Analysis Trending and Reporting. Vast experience in Lubrication Surveys for Heavy Industrial Organizations.Personnel Development includes education in Counseling and Executive Coaching as well as over 13 years experience as an Army Chaplain providing individual and family guidance to aid in finding, not only balance, but assisting in succeeding in this journey called "Life."
