This is a large system consisting of 80 projects in the solution written in VB.NET, C# and C++. This system has been in the field for the past five years and I have implemented 3 major versions of the software and 2 service packs • TF utilizes WCF, SSL, and MSMQ as part of its communication architecture.• Worked with the government engineers to create Requirements for the releases of the TMIP Framework• Worked with government engineers to create the design for the releases of the TMIP Framework • Implemented a feature to allow htttp tunneling through firewalls to allow messages to be sent and received through the firewall.• Implemented the FIPS140-2 security protocol. • These projects was delivered on time and within budget, with no major issues reported in testing.• Lead a team of 5 developers to investigate the requirements for a replacement of TF with a java based ESB. -

The project created and received HIPAA 835 and 837 messages, health Care claims and receivable messages sent from or to an external Insurance company. Custom error handling and message batching were also implemented. o Architected, designed and developed an integration effort for a major telecommunications company. The project was to integrate a pay media application with the various vendors that supplied services to the company. The services that were integrated into the pay media application included Logistics, Provisioning, Financial Services, Bank Services, and Program Information. This integration effort used BizTalk 2006 for schema generation, mapping and routing of the messages. Led a team composed of 8 developers to implement these interfaces. o Architected and developed an ETL (Extract, Transform, and Load) application to convert information from different data sources in different formats into a consolidated SQL Server data base that allows better data mining capabilities. o BizTalk 2006 was used to create the schemas, perform the mapping and update the destination data base with the transformed data. • WCF o Developed a Demonstration application for Microsoft. This demonstration profiles the new .NET 3.5 features. A WPF application was written that consumed a WCF web service that was serving up a RSS and ATOM feeds. This application also calls windows workflows that use the windows communication framework to consume other windows workflows and WCF web services. LINQ was uses to retrieve and insert data into the database. A web portal was written that demonstrates the use of REST and JSON to communicate with a database. o Created web services to retrieve automotive information from a centralized database, the content included images and articles and was served to the clients consuming the Web Services. -
