• Analyze and present sort and final test yield analyses, including failure pareto analysis.• Analyze and review test data to disposition on-hold production material at test.• Manage and monitor critical processes and water acceptance testing (WAT) parameters from wafer foundries.• Initiate the debugging of Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) on ATE (test, data log, failure capture) as well as the debugging of RMAs on bench (setup, functional & system tests).• Interpret procedures and standards to initiate and release Vitesse manufacturing setup and hardware documents.• Operate latest model scopes, probes, waveform generators, and logic analyzers.• Effectively communicate and work as a team member with all disciplines such as design, applications, testing and quality.

Duties: Supports engineering activities such as design, test, modification, experimental designcircuitry, etc. Applications may include analog, digital and/or mixed signal. Works from schematics, diagrams,written and verbal descriptions, layouts or defined plans to perform testing and trouble-shooting functions. Performsoperational test and fault isolation on systems and equipment. Assists in determining methods or actions to remedymalfunctions. Design, construction and test. Uses manufacturing, test, development or diagnosticequipment, including, but not limited to, test programs oscilloscopes, signal generators and specialized testapparatus. As a skilled specialist, completes tasks in creative and effective ways. Works on assignments requiringconsiderable initiative to resolve issues. Understands implications of work and makes recommendations forsolutions. Determine methods and procedures on new assignments.
