As a Branch Manager in the Seattle Regional office, I am responsible for the overall management of the local branch operations and actively support the various initiatives focused on exemplary customer service and employee engagement. Also oversees the supervision, training and evaluation of personnel in addition to the handling of complex matters. My position duties and responsibilities include: • As branch manager, exercises overall administrative management of the branch and directs the implementation of corporate policies and procedures• Reviews policy and procedure (new and revised) and promulgates appropriate information to staff;• Provides strong direction in all areas of branch personnel management, particularly employee selection, training, performance evaluation and salary development;• Reviews all personnel actions, recruits and interviews prospective management employees as requested;• Oversees branch security, maintenance, equipment control and all operating functions;• Represents Amica at community and trade association meetings.• May be called upon to handle other duties as required.
