Randy is the Past President of Spearhead Leather / Denim Social Club (LDSC) which is the longest running gay organization of it's kind. Spearhead LDSC has been around since 1970 with 60 members. Randy has also held the positions, within the Spearhead organization, as the Nominations and Elections Chair and a member of the Membership Committee.Randy was Mr. Spearhead 2013 and worked hard to give back to the LGBT community. He raised over $7000 for his charity of choice which was the Toronto People With AIDS Foundation Food Programs. He has also volunteered for many community events such as the The Imperial Court of Toronto (T.I.C.O.T) Coronation, Toronto Leather Pride, Mr. Leather Ottawa, Masquerade Ball (The official victory party of the Central Canada LeatherSIR/leatherboy contest) and ILSb (Dallas TX).Randy is also a member of TNT!Men (Totally Naked Toronto Men Enjoying Nudity). TNT!Men is a social group who like to participate in activities in the nude (ie. dances, swimming, drawing, book club etc.). Randy volunteers his time as a clothes check attendant for the dances. He is the coordinator at the Black Eagle Toronto for their Naked Nights (the third Thursday of every month). Randy also worked at Club 120 during their Gitch underwear parties.As a profession Randy chose to study Mechanical Engineering Science at the University of Western Ontario in London, Ontario. He is now a licensed Mechanical Engineer and works for a company (for the past sixteen years) in the manufacturing industry.Randy was awarded the 2015 Heart of the Flag Federation - Community Man of the Year Award.Randy is the recipient of the 2013 Spearhead - Brotherhood Award, the recipient of the 2013 T.I.C.O.T - Coronation XXVII Emperor Award, the 2012 Spearhead Appreciation Award and the 2011-2012 TNT!Men - Volunteer Recognition Award. Randy was also a nominee for the 2014 Heart of the Flag Federation - Community Man of the Year Award.
