I was hired by Contact Plus Dialer, a SaaS provider, as National Sales Manager.I was hired to develop procedures, policies and training manuals for the sales team, which was originally envisioned as an outside sales team based in two locations: Jacksonville, FL and Los Angeles, CA.It didn’t take long to discover that our market was not just located in just these two locales, so the sales team is also an inside sales team, and I further developed the training to encompass the necessary training and scripts for inside sales, and for the presentation of our product via webinars. As time went on, I was given the additional responsibility of working with the software developers to help make our product best in class, when compared to the competition. We now have features that no other single product in the market currently has. My primary goal when helping to develop the software was to help businesses become more productive, without any hassle. I am in no ways to be thought of as a software developer. I am not that smart! But, I am an idea guy.
