Responsible for ECAD process definition and system administration of Rosemount’s global deployment of the Cadence Allegro PCB design tools.Lead Emerson’s corporate ECAD Community of Practice, an organization charged with the development of Emerson’s corporate common ECAD processes and Best Practices.Provide formal training in the use ECAD tools and processes to the Rosemount engineering community. Liaison between Rosemount and ECAD tool vendors to improve ECAD software ROI and strengthen vendor partner relationships.

Responsible for PCB CAD process definition and system administration of Unisys’ deployment of the Cadence Allegro PCB design tools. As member of a multi-site design team, performed PCB design for UNISYS’ most complex PCBs, using Cadence Allegro and Mentor Board Station CAD tools. Department liaison to CAD tool vendors with responsibility for problem reporting and for coordinating the installation of new CAD tool software version releases. Advised technical staff in use of Specctra and Board Station PCB design tools.Co-Lead the effort to transition from Mentor Graphics PCB CAD tools to Cadence Allegro PCB CAD tools.
