Reporting to the Finance Administrator (CFO), was responsible for initiating a formal Archdiocesan Human Resources (HR) policy manual on the Diocesan website. Duties included developing and implementing HR policies and regulations; recruitment efforts; ensuring the provision of Criminal Record and Abuse Registry checks; developing the annual Employee Performance Review program; managing the Spiritual Care Services contract with the Saint Boniface Hospital regarding the scheduling and provision of ordained priests for Roman Catholic patients and staff requiring sacramental and mass ministry, and then invoicing for such services; provide support for foreign priests immigrating from overseas, welcoming them, orienting and enculturating them to the cultural and demographic nuances of Roman Catholic ministry in Canada and our Archdiocese, and ensuring that their documents remain valid throughout their stay with us. Also provided HR advice to parishes regarding the full spectrum of HR legislative, Diocesan and best practices, including recruitment and progressive disciplinary procedures where necessary; facilitated liaison between parishes and Diocesan Payroll and Benefits Administrative Assistant as needed.

Was also the first General Manager from October 1988 to October 1995 (7 years). The Forks and The Market are now Manitoba's number one tourist attraction. Reporting to the President and COO, with direct reports of 25, responsible for the entire operation of The Forks Market from its inception; planning, leasing, coordinating leasehold improvements, attracting tenants, monthly reporting to Board of Directors initially regarding financial, operations, administrative, and marketing results, liaising with tri-level governmental representatives.
