Randy is a partner and tax account leader in the EY Greater Los Angeles tax practice. He has over 18 years of diverse experience leading teams with strategic US, international, state and local tax planning in order to minimize tax, simplify their restructure and manage risk. He leads and collaborates with international tax, transaction tax, transfer pricing, state and local tax and accounting methods specialists to deliver a seamless client experience.Randy’s experience includes tax planning for multinational public and privately held companies, including restructuring, acquisition, disposition, audit defense, financial reporting tax issues and managing the global tax function and compliance; experience working with in-house tax departments and directly with clients without tax expertise; and extensive experience preparing and auditing ASC 740 accounting for income taxes for multinational companies.Randy excels in leading clients through complex issues in a simple and efficient manner.
