About Randy Case

Full service architectural firm started in 1981 with extensive experience with commercial, residential and non profit clients focusing on the mixture of contemporary design and historic preservation. A focus is adaptive reuse of historic buildings utilizing historic tax credits and other incentives. The intention is to help owners determine how much space they need and guide them through the process of selection between utilizing an existing building vs. the need to build new with consideration for sustainability. We often consult with other architectural firms to provide preservation expertise.
