I currently work for Century 21 Hilltop Real Estate office as a File Administrator - Transaction Coordinator - Social Media Director. I work closely with Agents helping them with the many tasks they do not have time for. I keep there deals in order and make sure all compliance documents are executed, I submit the file to the broker in a timely manner so that Agents can get paid on time. I work with their marketing and social media to keep them current and up to date. I work with the Broker insuring that each file is submitted with the proper documents for each file. Keeping the Broker compliant with Californial Law is extremely important to the Broker and CompanyPreviously for 13 years I had assisted the owners of Sichel Embroidery Studio, a small embroidery company, with every aspect of the business. I started with assisting the owners and learning their business, and then I was promoted to running the camera/wardrobe department for the company.My duties consisted of meeting with clients, creating art for embroidery projects, quoting projects and seeing them through from start to finish. I would also do general office, light bookkeeping, web-site coordination, social media, and general errands. I created the company web-site teaching myself as I went.I have experience with Adobe Illustrator CS, some Photoshop CS, Filemaker Pro 11 database software, Quickbooks Pro bookkeeping software, Microsoft Word, and Excel office software. I also have the ability to teach myself practically anything that needs to be learned, through research and reading.
