Randy has more than 8 years of Financial Crime Compliance (Market Abuse, AML/CFT, Sanctions, Tax Compliance, Anti-Bribery & Corruption and Anti-Fraud) experience in Private Banking, Corporate & Investment Banking and Life & Commercial Insurance sectors. He has held positions focusing in areas of Compliance Advisory, FCC Investigations, Market Surveillance and most recently working on an industry leading anomaly detection platform that uses innovative solutions involving Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML). He demonstrates a logical thinking approach to solving day-to-day issues and often challenge the practicality of dated methods. Randy has demonstrated clear understanding on the Compliance risk universe topics and conducted training to new teams as well as summarizing complex issues to key stakeholders in his professional career. He has a practical understanding of regulatory expectations from MAS and Exchanges such as SGX and Bursa Malaysia.Randy has worked closely with advisory, technology, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
