I am a Retirement Expert with over 20 years of experience working with a variety of retirement plans. I am passionate about providing plan sponsors with the best plan design and knowledge that allows them to both meet their goals and maintain compliance. In my various roles, I have mentored all levels of associates on both the DOL and IRS rules associated with retirement plans. I have the ability to explain complex technical subjects in a manner that is easy to understand. I have been teaching for most of my career and can relate how the rules and regulations apply to the everyday job. I have embraced leadership and decision making in my jobs throughout my career. I particularly have enjoyed partnering with associates on meeting challenging compliance related deadlines associated with plan document restatements and plan compliance non-discrimination testing and Form 5500. I have been told that I am a compassionate, ethical, hard working person that tries to make work fun while focusing on getting results.
