However, I am very glad that a unique - and life-changing opportunity - presented itself to me.Privileged to be part of my organization's long-term visibility since Year 2000, the Director of Human Resources sought me out for a Human Resources Recruiter position. Leveraging my intellectual curiosity with a hunger to conquer new challenges, the Director of Resources saw immense potential in me. As a result, I steadily rose through the ranks to assume roles of increasing responsibility, and the contributions I have delivered have made a genuine difference in the areas of improvements, innovations, staff well-being, and engagement promotion. The Human Resources sector particularly appeals to me because its all-encompassing functionality represents an organization's essential hub. As I progressed throughout my career, I discovered that I possess a natural affinity for Compensation - an extremely-important subject that directly impacts how an organization can monetarily reward its employees. Without the right compensation vehicles in place, an organization can suffer because inequality and low morale can affect overall corporate performance. Going forward, my two-fold intent is to:1 - align with an organization in need of someone who enjoys creating and delivering the right mix of practices that attract, develop, and retain high-calibre employees, and2 - devise team-building strategies and other invaluable tools that the workforce needs to facilitate successful and positive change.
