Responsibilities :- Responsible to do end-to end recruitment process to fulfill the manpower needs quarterly for specific department- Doing sourcing, shortlisting , and interviewing candidates from internal database and external sources- Involved in hiring process for Middle level to senior level- Align with users and other department to boost the effectiveness of hiring process- Involved in several internal projects to boost the hiring process

Responsible for all aspects of hiring, from meeting with hiring managers to write job descriptions to interview candidates. Also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote employer branding, and reduce time-to-hire and ensure to attract the best talents. Sourcing passive candidates using personalized recruiting strategy with current job openings and keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.

- Handling Tech & Non-tech talent recruitment on behalf of hiring partners, including but not limited to talent sourcing (Internal & External database), cold calling, and assisting both candidates and hiring partners along the recruitment process- Consult User regarding talent sourcing based on job market conditions- Develop written collateral to boost job vacancy presence in the market (Personalised job description, Posters, Captions, Short article)- Manage the assigned hiring partners and coordinate with their hiring requirements- Advise hiring user through out the recruitment process- Ensure seamless flow for the whole recruiting process- Strive to meet monthly/quarterly placement and increasing the number of user satisfaction (NPS)

- Coordinating the recruitment process from source the candidate until onboarding- Supporting and updating candidates and users through the whole interview process, offer stage, and on boarding as a continuous process- Creating and managing talent pipeline by leveraging internal and external networks- Keeping dozens of hiring processes on track simultaneously including providing guidance, gathering feedback and pushing the recruitment process forward- Track data, improving process and providing feedback to the team that will make the marketplace and recruiting more efficient

- Fostering relationships with customers in order to survive and keep funds in the bank- Promote banking products in the form of savings, time deposits and demand deposits- Report all activities and programs that have been noted
