Responsible to continually improve systems and operations through data analysis, root cause and corrective actions, and to establish new policies and procedures where needed. This includes coordinating efforts with other divisions to provide consistency through out the organization.

Assigned responsibility as manufacturing manager of Injection Molding Department in addition to the Glass and Heater Departments. The Injection Molding Department includes the management of 25+ people to operate Molding machines to produce backing plates as well as performing assembly operations. Total responsibility included management of approximately 115+ personnel (union and non-union personnel).

Manufacturing Manager for both the Glass and Heater (Assembly) Departments. The Glass department includes the management of 70+ people to produce multiple types of automotive mirrors from sheets of glass. The Heater department includes the management of 20+ people to produce multiple mirror assemblies.

Responsible for overseeing the Internal Auditing (QS-9000) functions throughout the company. Responsible to review the existing QS-9000 system, in order to make recommendations and aid in upgrading to the ISO 9001/2000 standard. Responsible to evaluate and make suggestions for improvements to manufacturing processes. Reviewed and addressed deficiencies with the Quality System, which was instrumental in passing a re-certification audit in January 2002.

Sarver Pa

Responsible for overseeing Die Development and the Spare detail manufacturing activities for the Tooling Group. This included meeting the acceptance criteria for both Automotive and Medical customers. Spares included working with, but not limited to surface grinding, jig grinding, wire cut/EDM, and machining centers. Initiated a system to review, formalize, and document customer specifications into a controlled environment to better monitor changes to specs and ensure customer satisfaction.Project Manager - Coordinate the efforts of internal teams to assure timely completion of jobs and customer satisfaction. Responsible to assign, monitor, and track tasks that are required to accomplish timely project completion. This included developing and implementing the Advanced Product Quality Planning process and the Failure Modes and Effects Analysis for the different aspects of the company in regards to QS9000. Provide liaison between the customer and internal teams in the pursuit of gathering, coordinating, and disbursing information for respective jobs. Take ownership of projects and ensure a smooth transition throughout the manufacturing areas.
