Coordinating Calibrations with third party vendors, Request for Quote, Purchase Order process. Receiving, inspection and return to equipment custodian. Calibration of Torque Wrenches, Crimpers, Power Supplies, Digital Multimeters, Solar Array Simulators, Electronic Loads. Data Acquisition Loggers.

Quality Inspector ● Performs quality control inspection of avionics equipment repaired by technicians. Approves or rejects based on policy guidelines and FAA requirements.● Completes necessary paperwork for repairs/testing/quality control and enters into SAP system tracking repair/rejection progression. Provides FAA documentation for commercial avionics equipment.● Fulfills all Environmental, Safety & Health requirements. Identifies safety hazards and makes recommendations to take corrective action as a member of the Service Center Safety Committee.

Avionics Repair Shop Supervisor ● Responsible for the direction and development of seven (7) technicians. ● Ensured scheduling accuracy, proper pricing, timely job completion via interfacing with other departments/vendors. ● Maintained a schedule of repairs and installation based on priority and availability of aircraft/customers. ● Assisted/Trained technicians on bench test and repair of avionics equipment. ● Quality/Workmanship inspected in process/completed work by technicians. Examined work packages for the appropriate return to service documentation.● Provided input on employee reviews and employment decisions.

● Responsible for the supervision and guidance of six (6) installation technicians. ● Worked with FAA Principal Avionics Inspector to provide necessary documentation for modification approvals. ● Utilized AutoCAD and CNC machine to fabricate instrument panels and miscellaneous parts. ● Performed in process and final quality inspections of job product. ● Secured all parts and equipment required complete each job.

● Managed $10 Million contract with the U.S. Navy. Supervised four (4) personnel performing installations. ● Technical liaison for the Navy’s E-2C Squadrons and contract management. ● Furnished avionics and mechanical interfacing AutoCAD drawings for consumer off the shelf equipment to be installed in the US Navy E-2C Hawkeye aircraft. ● Utilized AutoCAD and CNC machine to fabricate mounting brackets, panels, and miscellaneous parts. ● Completed modifications to 68 E-2C aircraft and on-site inspections with Navy personnel across the US and Japan. ● Provided logistics to move equipment, tools and personnel.

● Installation and line maintenance repair of all avionic systems on General Aviation aircraft. ● Repaired navigation, communication, autopilot and entertainment systems.● Assisted with installation engineering and wiring harness fabrication.
