I have 10+ years experience as being a office administrator in a medical office. I also have 15+ years as being a property manager and 9 years as a customer service manager/ cash office experience. I am very detailed and organized. I am capable of hiring and training associates. I have the ability to assign tasks for completion and to keep everything in order and prioritizing them. My personality is very friendly, professional, courtesy, somewhat of a perfectionist but I don't put that expectation on others. I put a balance between me and other associates and know how to encourage others to perform well and most of all, appreciate them. A thank you and praise goes a long way. Good job done!
