Eight years’ experience in hazardous waste management at the largest hazardous waste operation in California. Seven of those years were spent as site supervisor for a hazardous waste facility where I managed the operations in compliance with state and federal regulations. As a sergeant in the Marine Corps I was also responsible for corrosion control and hazmat.I work well with others, enjoy leading and motivating teams, have a knack for solving problems small and large, and strive to exceed customer expectations at all times. I believe that quality improvement is an ongoing process that never ends. I have been able to lead and motivate teams to new levels in the area of quality and customer satisfaction. After taking over as supervisor, I led site to its first ever flawless inspection, and considerably improved the morale of the team. I will do whatever it takes to get the job done.
