• Primary In-charge in over-all designing HVAC system• Responsible for the design calculation of the HVAC system requirements such as Fans & blowers, duct sizes, CHW Pipe sizing, Chilled water flow rate, Condenser Flow rate, Air Flow rate and Heat load base on SMACNA or ASHREA• Preparing Material Technical submission and Compliance Statement.• Supervise project deliverables regarding site coordination on installation of HVAC.• Monitoring Quality System and Procedures and ensure adherence to safe work methods on all site activities. • In-charge in T&C for all HVAC equipments and Air Balancing and analyzing technical problems and share the solution to the Project Manager.• Attend meetings with Consultant, Contractors Authority when required. • Certified work done by subcontractor and materials delivered by suppliers. • Assists in preparing reports for Project Manager for clients & the Project Steering Committee.• Review Technical Specifications for compliance with Contract Documents.• Inspect and report on the existing Mechanical installation. Prepare work scope for remedial work and design additional systems as determined from inspections.• Review technical material submittals for compliance with the Contract Documents.• Review the drawing submittals (both shop drawings and vendor drawings) for compliance with Contract Documents.• Review the Mechanical Calculations for compliance with the Contract Documents.• Coordinate the Mechanical work with Architectural, Electrical and Specialist disciplines.• Attend weekly Project review meetings and report on the Mechanical work.• Review, monitor and report on the Project construction schedule.• Review, design and implement Client change orders.• Review As-built drawings for the Mechanical work.• Review, Operation and Maintenance Manuals for the Mechanical work.• Witness Testing, Adjusting, Balancing and Commissioning of the Mechanical systems.

• Primary In-charge in designing and revising HVAC system from tender drawing to Shop Drawing• Responsible in calculating and selecting the materials for HVAC system such as Fans & Blowers, Ducts, Chill water Pipe sizes, AHU, FCU’s CHW Pumps, Cooling Towers and Chillers base on the design and standards considering the noise and static pressure factor.• Prepares the project design as per SMACNA and ASHRAE standards.• Responsible in assisting the drafter in preparing Mechanical HVAC Shop Drawings and Penetration Drawings• In-charge in revising the HVAC design as per client requirements.• Responsible for the coordination to the other designers to ensure that the other services such as Electrical, Plumbing and Sanitary are arranged accordingly.• Advice, update and assist the Site Engineers on the status, condition on any revisions of the drawings to be implement in the project site.• Responsible in the preparation of the technical submissions and material compliance list to the consultant.• Responsible in preparing the Equipment Schedule base on the standards.• Monitoring all the executions of the work in the site to ensure that the design is executed properly.• Checks and Review Technical Submittals and Samples for a certain projects.• Organizing a site meeting and discussing all related technical points to make sure that the project will run effectively.• Reviewing the Tender Documents before presenting to the client.• Prepares documentation about the RFI’s of the MEP Contractors.• Representing the Company in a professional manner.• Study Shop Drawings issued by the contractors and discussing to the Project Managers for final Approvals.• Researching for latest trends in MEP and applying it to our design.
