• Develop influential relationships with clients to effect positive changes through behavioral modification skills and techniques. • Understand chemical dependency treatment modalities, as well as sex offender treatment modalities • As an Aggression Replacement Training (ART) Quality Assurance Specialist, the use of both repetitive learning and repetitive messaging are essential for successful client behavioral modification. • Develop comprehensive business plans setting clear goals and expectations.• Teamwork with law enforcement, school officials, social workers, and other interested parties to communicate and expedite the delivery of services to victims, offenders, and families. • Consistently display professionalism, honesty, and integrity when assessing confidential information and while working with teams and clients. • Attend continuing education training to achieve and maintain certification and to stay abreast of the current market and legal requirements.
