Responsible for project delivery and practice development at Deloitte's newest domestic delivery center in Camp Hill, PA.

Led a team of 20+ professionals in support of the Supreme Court and lower level appellate courts in their implementation of a new court case management system. Implemented many policies and procedures to streamline the communication and implementation activities with the program including best practices in support of service management.

Responsible for all automation activities particularly as relates to:IT visioning and strategyCapacity building of client leadership and staff Mentoring of Information Technology Directorate leadership in all CIO duties as governed by the ITIL best practice.Provide PMO, planning, and sourcing management activities for rollout of 1st generation Judicial Enterprise Architecture and solution to 50 court locations and 274 courts. Achieved this goal within 18 months of commencement. Included in this phase of the project were: Build-out of facilities to support new technologiesInstallation and configuration of over 100 database servers in 50 locations.Training program oversight for approximately 1400 end usersInstallation of Court Case Management Systems on approximately 1400 workstationsGo-live support and conversion activitiesOn-going support as neededWorked with Ministry executives to develop a comprehensive vision for all IT initiatives. This required extensive requirements and design meetings to discuss the required functions of a National system where efficient and effective judicial process gains could be realized. The changes included significant business practice reengineering efforts in the areas of event scheduling and disposition, case transfers, centralized participant management to improve accuracy and integrity of data and transparency in case participation, criminal charging and improved statistical reporting.

Planned for and designed a Judicial Enterprise Architecture (JEA) to support centralized IT management of all judicial systems. This involved design of all networking and computing technology, training of operations and support staff including certifications in Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL).Planned for and designed a national data center and Network Operations Center (NOC) to house the technology resources for the JEA services. This included the build-out of a state of the art data center boasting raised floor systems for ease of wiring and maintenance, fire suppression systems, necessary environment controls and appropriate security controls to prevent unauthorized entry. Developed Data Center/NOC Policy, Procedure and checklists for continued operations.Developed vision statement for Secondary Data Center/Disaster Recovery site and proposed design to accomplish. Designed and established a central Service Desk to support the 1400+ users spread throughout the Kingdom. This included evaluation and procurement of technology to support the many ITIL processes encapsulated in version 2. Developed Policy and Procedure for Incident, Problem, and Change management processes. Worked with Ministry IT leadership to develop an outsourcing model for operations and management of the JEA.Provided project management, planning, and sourcing management activities for rollout of the Mizan V2 solution to 50 court locations and 274 courts/departments. Served as Project Manager for two long-term consulting relationships. Duties included client relationship management, software development lifecycle management and leadership of large teams of information technology professionals. Project Manager - Department of Labor, HandS Provided daily management direction to a team of analysts and developers for new development initiatives related to the Health and Safety (HANDS) case tracking system. Worked directly with department executives within the Department of Insurance and its umbrella agency the Department of Labor to address all project planning and implementation activities and issues.Administrative Office of the Pennsylvania CourtsProvided daily management direction to a team of analysts and developers for both new development initiatives as well as maintenance activities as related to the development of the Common Pleas Case Management System (CPCMS). Managed both Deloitte and client staff through SDLC. Also led efforts to automate the Philadelphia Municipal and Common Pleas courts, the largest courts in the Commonwealth.Worked with Client Leadership on all PMO related issues including visioning, planning, design, development and implementation of the Judicial business workflow solutions.Participated in proposal efforts as either Proposal lead or contributor on numerous opportunities throughout the United States. Worked closely with firm leadership and staff to price and scope industry competitive proposals.

Reported to the CEO and participated on the board of directors Responsible for all areas of product development as related to the Digital Certificate Authority product and service offered at Identrus/DST.Worked with Product Marketing staff to determine priorities and content for future products and develop project plans to meet time sensitive go-to-market objectives and goals set by the organization.Responsible for managing all software design, development and testing activities in preparation release to production.Worked closely with the VP of Operations and staff to create a release procedure that insured 99.99% up-time for Certificate manufacturing. Designed and implemented a full scale product development methodology, change management policy, configuration management procedure and quality assurance program to ensure we met the client driven 99.99% uptime requirement.

Led efforts to construct a product development methodology that insured the highest level of quality.Prepared and delivered proposal and presentations for potential clients throughout the US and Canada.Participated in the planning of and delivery of annual Users Conferences and industry tradeshows, showcasing the services and solutions offered.Worked with the Product Marketing team to build project plans that meet market timings for new function and feature delivery.Responsible for all internal IT Operations of the 100+ staff organization.
