This involved design of all networking and computing technology, training of operations and support staff including certifications in Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL).Planned for and designed a national data center and Network Operations Center (NOC) to house the technology resources for the JEA services. This included the build-out of a state of the art data center boasting raised floor systems for ease of wiring and maintenance, fire suppression systems, necessary environment controls and appropriate security controls to prevent unauthorized entry. Developed Data Center/NOC Policy, Procedure and checklists for continued operations.Developed vision statement for Secondary Data Center/Disaster Recovery site and proposed design to accomplish. Designed and established a central Service Desk to support the 1400+ users spread throughout the Kingdom. This included evaluation and procurement of technology to support the many ITIL processes encapsulated in version 2. Developed Policy and Procedure for Incident, Problem, and Change management processes. Worked with Ministry IT leadership to develop an outsourcing model for operations and management of the JEA.Provided project management, planning, and sourcing management activities for rollout of the Mizan V2 solution to 50 court locations and 274 courts/departments.
