In 2015, Southern Technical Institute expanded operations with the addition of STI Orlando Campus and was also approved to offer Hybrid online learning to better serve its student population.

After selling Florida Medical Prep, LLC to Southern Technical Holdings in April 2013, I managed all operations of Southern Technical division. As Vice President, I provided the leadership, management and vision necessary to ensure that all campuses have the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems in place to effectively grow the STI brand. Well respected for effective leadership through providing support, guidance and motivation that promoted maximum performance.

Served as COO and Vice President, running all operations and management of Florida Medical Prep campus locations, an entry level medical school (non Title IV). Direct report to the owner/President, Kimberly Straube. In 2013, I managed the entire acquisition (all aspects) of Florida Medical Prep, solely representing the behalf of the Owner, to Southern Technical Institute, LLC.
