Randy Griffin is President and CEO of CSRA Business Lending and the Georgia Community Reinvestment Fund. CSRA operates the U.S. Small Business Administration’s 504 loan program throughout Georgia and South Carolina, the CSRA Direct Loan Program, the Georgia Meat and Poultry Facility Loan Program in conjunction with USDA and the Georgia Department of Agriculture, and its affiliated Georgia Community Reinvestment Fund serves as a Community Development Entity of the U.S. Treasury CDFI Fund.Randy was hired as the only employee of CSRA in 1987 at the age of 23. Under his leadership, CSRA has now financed over 1,000 economic and community development projects totaling just under $980 million dollars that have created over 11,000 jobs. CSRA is an Accredited Lender of the U.S. Small Business Administration given to the top SBA-504 lenders in the nation. CSRA was selected SBA’s Partner of the Year in Georgia in 2000. Randy was recognized by NADCO (the SBA-504 trade association) for his commitment to economic development in 2010 and in 2015 Randy was selected Georgia’s Small Business Financial Services Champion of the Year by SBA during national small business week.Randy is a 1986 graduate of the Georgia Southern University, Parker College of Business where he majored in finance and lettered in football as a member of Georgia Southern’s inaugural football team in 1982. Randy currently volunteers on the Gallery Committee of the Masters Golf Tournament. He has previously served on the Boards of the National Association of Development Companies, Development Company Funding Corporation, the Executive Committee of the Georgia Southern University Athletic Foundation, the Leadership Division of the Georgia Bankers Association, as President of the Greenbrier High School Football Boosters, and on the Board of the Martinez-Evans Little League. Randy has been married to his wife Laurie for 37 years and has three grown sons, Tyler, Ryan, and Seth.
