Lecturing in Spiritual Warfare, House Churches, Understanding Cultures and Worldviews. Online.

Assisting in the formation of a theological school for Tanzanian and Kenyan pastors, being developed by a leader and seminary from Poland. Lecturing in the areas of Spiritual Formation, Understanding Culture, and Introduction to the New Testament, both in-person and online.

Currently responsible for program and faculty for an informal training program for missionaries. Teaching Intro to Missiology, Understanding World Religions, Culture Shock, and other subjects as needed. Preparing students for short-term missions trips and leading trips to Moldova and Kenya.

Serving in Poland since 1999. Led WorldVenture Poland field, a multi-cultural team of 12-18 workers, from 2002 to 2019.Assisted in planting a Baptist church in Puławy, Poland. Started several house churches in Lublin, Poland region. On-air radio personality for two radio stations from 2008-2010. Founded first AWANA club in Poland. Currently responsible for training of all new workers for WorldVenture in Europe, Middle East and North Africa.Actively engaged in mobilizing for mission in Poland, and training new workers in Poland, Ukraine, and Holland. Training pastors in Tanzania and KenyaDeveloped a network in Ukraine and Poland to distribute over one million dollars in humanitarian aid within Ukraine from February to October 2022.

Ordained in Polish Baptist Union in 2013. Led the church through significant crises, but also to 400% growth in 15 years. Led Lublin Baptist Church in housing and caring for several hundred Ukrainian refugees in March and April 2022.

Taught “Strategies for World Mission”, and “Responding to World Religions” during several modular weeks, both in-person and online. Including a last-minute substitution for a teacher who evacuated from Kyiv in January 2022.

Began as Special Teams coordinator, then defensive coordinator. 2015-2019 as head coach of a semi-professional American football team, positively influencing several hundred young men in the eight years that I coached.
