He has executed some of the area’s most significant and complex transactions exceeding 9.2 million square feet, with a value in excess of $4.6 billion. A few of Randy’s clients include Baker Botts LLP, The Lenkin Company, The Tower Companies, Lerner Enterprises and Shell Oil Company.In 2015, Randy was recognized by the United States Department of Energy’s Better Buildings Alliance as a Green Lease Leader for his collaboration between building owners, landlords, and tenants to improve energy efficiency. Across the United States, only six commercial real estate brokers received this recognition, a true testament to CBRE’s commitment to strive for energy efficiency across the country.Prior to joining CBRE in 2007, Randy worked for Grubb & Ellis where he consistently ranked as a Top 20 national production leader and was the firm’s #1 national office leasing professional in 2003. Prior to joining Grubb & Ellis, Mr. Harrell was a partner in the Washington, D.C. real estate firm, Smithy Braedon ONCOR International.
