Created and implemented automation process to centralize metric data to SQL database and create reports in Tableau.Create and execute the biannual customer satisfaction survey to gain additional feedback on vendor performance and expectations. Implemented processes to improve the reporting of survey results by 50%. Participation has increased to more than 1,500 based on distribution processes I created.
