"Artist For Homeless Children" an effort that I founded in behalf of the 1.6 million homeless children here in the United States. The premise for Artist For Homeless Children is simple artist rendering art to be sold in annual auctions for raising funding for the homeless children effort. Herein the Facebook is https://www.facebook.com/pages/Artist-for-Homeless-Children/1501763716764006. Artist submit images of the donated art along with a commercial use release. The artwork is then posted on the Facebook page, and publicly posted amongst groups and friends and website. Target date for auction is presently 9/2015. I am also seeking luminaries to public represent the effort for the homeless children. My skills were amplified by my perfectionist nature, I am a stickler for detail when approaching any field of art. As a kid growing up in Las Vegas, my mother purchased a set of Encyclopedias. Before I could read, I was drawing the images in these books. As early as 6th grade I could render reproductions of master artist in graphite. ... In 1976, I met my first tattoo art mentor and received my first professional tattoo, from a traveling Tattoo artist named Slim Jim told me he last worked out of the Bill Williamson shop, of Jacksonville, FL. then owned by Paul Rogers.. ... My tattoo education, while under Slim Jim, was more of the Traditional and Western Japanese style forms of Tattooing, the Traditional style consisted entirely of smaller pieces, conveying an idea or sentiment."My fine art artistic influences were from the Renaissance period with artists like Leonardo Da Vinci and Michelangelo; and then Fantasy artists of the 60's and the 70's like Frank Frazzetta and Boris Vallejo. I really like the fantasy motif, the fine line detailing of these artists works and I began to develop my own fine line style of tattooing. I preferred to tattooed larger work in a Frazzetta/ Boris style, and it was indeed scenery.
