Supervise Construction lead and ROW Technicians. Plan, design, track costs, material specifications, documentation of projects. Coordinating projects with Engineering, Asset Integrity and Operation personnel. Assure construction meets PHMSA regulations. Tracking one calls and excavations on pipeline system. Coordinating ROW clearing and ROW maintenance. Coordinating leak response preparedness.

Overseeing all day to day maintenance duties. Managing contractor maintenance crews. Overseeing, planning, cost estimating, designing, and construction of multiple projects at the same time. Filing all documentation as-builts of projects. Working with multiple departments to plan out projects and shut downs. Document all project and maintenance modifications according to Centurion, DOT and PHMSA standards. Maintain and update all stations and facilites to OSHA, DOT, and PHMSA standards.

Operating backhoe for all maintenance and construction jobs. Assist supervisor in planning, cost estimating, design, and construction of multiple projects at the same time.
