(a professional and personal effectiveness training company) in Hong Kong, President of Next Step Consulting in San Jose, California USA, and Chairman of the International Coaching, Consulting and Training Group in San Jose, California. Randy has 3 decades in professional and personal development, focusing primarily on leadership and management programs, communication and effectiveness that create results. He's trained thousands of people around the world, in Russia, Ukraine, Canada, USA, Hong Kong S.A.R., China, Taiwan, Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Japan, Singapore and Holland.Having worked successfully in numerous cultures, Randy developed a style that bridges diverse cultural norms and connects effectively with training participants. Randy is a featured speaker on the Internet Video “The Answer”, trained volunteers as PTSD care-givers and went to Sichuan Province in China to support the survivors after a major earthquake. He is the Overseas Ambassador to the Maple Women’s Psychological Counseling Center in Beijing, China and sponsor to the first ever Paralympics Cheerleaders who performed at the 2008 Olympics in Beijing, China as well as the Paralympics Games that followed. He is an executive coach to CEO’s and Managing Directors of large corporations, inspiring his clients to reach higher goals and creating measurable results.Randy’s passion is to design, develop and implement new training products to people who desire to elevate their personal and professional career.
