Currently i'm handle for all operational needs such as Assets purchase both local and import, spareparts both locally and import, stationary, office supply, medical supply, IT goods, and services. Sourcing and selecting vendors to handle our requests of goods or services, negotiate their price, Term of payment, warranty, and monitoring PO untill they are complete. I also made comparison or price analysis for project purchase, comparing 2 vendors or more. For import purchase I also responsible for monitoring shipment, prepare necessary documents for custom purpose (BL, Invoice, PL) and their documents for payment, filling all the necessary documents and the most important is to build a good relationship with customers and vendors.

My responsibilities is to process purchase request to purchase order, and to monitor them untill they are complete.in Siloam I was handle all operational needs such as medical disposible supply, stationary, cleaning chemical, printing, IT goods and services except medical drugs. I also made suplier performance report in every month, and filings all the necessary documents that can support when we are audited (copy of PO, PR, GR)
