As a Project Manager, managed the direct day-to-day operations of legacy remediation projects, authored associated technical reports.

As a Certified Project Manager, continued to direct day-to-day operations for several complicated remediation projects at facilities impacted with petroleum, chlorinated solvents, PCBs, heavy metals, authored several complicated Remedial Investigation Reports involving facilities with over 100 Areas of Concern including planning, estimating, scheduling, implementing, technical oversight of reporting and peer review, profit and loss control, and close out. Generated over $1M in new sales, and key member of business development teams that collectively generated over $4M in new sales during 2017 and 2018. Directed an engineering team that will address a groundwater plume with PFAS concentrations exceeding 9 ppm.

LFR merged with Arcadis. Directed day-by-day operations for several complicated remediation and site investigation projects by overseeing planning and scheduling efforts, ensuring safe labor practices by field teams, monitoring and mentoring teams preparing technical reports, reviewing regulatory reports, negotiating with regulators, communicating with clients and controlling between $2M to $2.5M annual budgets, of which $1M was directly managed, and generated $500K in new sales.

Assisted senior management by leading field teams conducting field investigations, managing contractors as well as other various field logistics for various phases of projects, authoring dozens of technical regulatory reports including but not limited to Preliminary Assessment, Underground Storage Tank (UST) Closure and Remedial Investigation reports and preparing proposals for new business required by senior management. Provided turn-key remediation of a 110,000-square foot former vehicle-fleet repair facility in Baltimore that was being prepared for conversion to a self-storage facility including all cost estimates, contracting, field activities, reporting, client support and regulatory agency negotiation.

Performed hundreds of Phase I/Phase II Environmental Site Assessments in accordance with ASTM Standards and/or limited environmental compliance audits, including certified asbestos surveys at various facilities nationwide. Supervised the closure of several regulated and unregulated USTs at various facilities on the east coast. Provided oversight during the installation of overburden and bedrock monitoring wells. Characterized soil and bedrock cores during the installation of monitoring wells and soil borings. Collected soil and groundwater samples for laboratory analysis. Supervised contractors during borehole geophysics, packer testing, and hydrofracturing activities at various sites. Provided field support during the in-situ remediation of hexavalent chromium in soil at a Superfund facility in Pennsylvania. Provided direct support to the engineering team in charge of designing an ozone sparging system. Authored or co-authored associated reports that provided recommendations and opinions. Obtained No Further Action determinations or Spill Closure determinations on several cases.
