Most sales were complete by conducting Custom Home Building Seminars with a low-key, information based, seminar that resulted in a 90% close ratio.To further expand upon the succes of Home Shows and Trade Shows that were seasonal, I facilitated creation of “The Design Center” to increase client awareness and project conceptions. The Design Center was located in a major market shopping mall creating a year round marketing opportunity. K & M Development was sold in November of 1997 and subesquently closed it's operations in 1999 as a result of a declining real estate market.
