Wisconsin Business Growth Fund, Inc. is a business development company that uses New Markets Tax Credits (NMTC) to attract capital investment to low income communities to create jobs and provide services to residents of those communities. We have deployed $65 million of NMTCs to eight projects in Wisconsin and have an application pending with the CDFI fund of the US Treasury for an additional allocation of $45 million. Qualifying projects must be in low income communities as defined by the latest US Census. Up to 20% of the benefit of the credits can become addition equity in the project.WBGF is a subsidiary of Wisconsin Business Development Corporation (WBD). WBD provides 20 year fixed rate second mortgage financing for owner occupied real estate using the 504 program of the SBA. We can also provide fixed rate equipment financing. WBD has been in business for over 30 years and currently has a portfolio of over $650 million in outstanding loans.Lincoln Opportunity Fund (LOF) is another subsidiary of WBD.
