Key Production Support Manager based at the Rinker Materials Corporation Executive Headquarters working with a team of 8 to support an Active Directory network of nearly 300 Windows Servers with over 6000 users worldwide. Specific duties included managing team and projects implementing, monitoring and maintaining backup schemes and software licensing documentation while working with users to troubleshoot Active Directory or Citrix Presentation Server related issues. Produced daily live system status reports to Rinker upper level management and managed projects to ensure completion within set timelines. Successfully completed Projects and Tasks included planning and implementation of new Windows 2000 Servers, replacement of NT 3.5 and 4.0 Servers, and DLT Tape Backup Libraries. Most recently upgraded to Veritas Backup Exec 9.0 and coordinated with EMC and Veritas to plan, schedule, and install a fiber connected LTO Tape Library involving Fiber to SCSI Bridge and Switch configurations.
