Co-founded and built a B2B information technology services and consulting company. Staff size ranged from two to five employees depending on the client load and requirements. Broker Innovations has served as both an outsourced Information Technology department for other companies in the ticketing industry and also has served in a more traditional consultant provider for companies in ticketing and hospitality. Managed all aspects of the business including finance, human resources, client acquisition and servicing, information technology direction and architecture, billing and receivables, and payroll. We have built databases and reporting systems, business applications for various purposes including tracking employee performance, managing sales and fulfillment, and pricing and managing inventory.

Founded and built a live event ticket resale company focused mainly on sports throughout the country. Hired, trained, and supervised a staff that ranged from 2 to 4 employees. Perform all management aspects of business including payroll, finance, human resources, purchasing, marketing, information systems, inventory management, pricing, sales, and fulfillment. Built database systems to support the business including various database platforms (MS Access, MySQL, SQL Server) and integrated with third party industry apps in real time to manage inventory, sales, and fulfillment.

Led the Data Warehouse team and designed, developed, and implemented a new enterprise wide Oracle Data Warehouse to integrate multiple source systems and replace the legacy Data Warehouse. Built an architectural solution to directly support business needs using industry best practices. The Data Warehouse included built-in reports, adhoc and scheduled user reports through Cognos, and also feeds to other enterprise systems. Heavy use of Oracle, Linix, SQL, Kornshell, and other languages.

Led teams on multiple client accounts to provide data warehousing, database marketing, and customer relationship management services. Teams built and maintained databases, ran marketing campaigns (both scheduled and on demand), and provided analytics to clients.

Held several positions at the company that originally began as Cellular One, then became part of Southwestern Bell Corporation (SBC), and then Cingular Wireless as a joint venture between SBC and BellSouth. Started as a report programmer using SAS and mainframe systems. Later became a database programmer on Oracle and Unix/Kornshell Systems and the a Database Administrator for Oracle databases, and then a Client Services Manager leading a team of database programmers. Built back end systems to support various business functions including customer rewards programs, customer service programs, and analytics reporting.
