• Review and approve the Design and Specification of each project from Schematic Design to Tendering stage.• Responsible for the Material and Sample Submittal and Manufacturer/Supplier Pre-qualification review and approval.• Responsible for Mock-up and handing over inspection and approval.• Conduct ocular inspection and site visit.• Attend Design progress meeting with Consultant to resolve technical issues.

•Responsible for Mock-up inspection.•Responsible for the Architectural WIR and MIR approval.•Undertakes overview supervision duties on site to ensure general compliance of the works with approved shop drawings, Specification. ITP. Method Statement and contract requirements and when necessary cause to address deficiencies associate with the same.•Raise non-conformance report (NCR), Field Observation report (FOR), Supervision Consultant Instruction (SCI) identify quality deficiencies in conjunction with the Chief Resident Engineer

•Prepares Architectural Designs from Concept to Detailed Design Drawings. •Responsible for the Fire Engineering Drawings. •Review and coordinates Architectural design with other Disciplines.

•Finishing works at handing-over activities.•Directly reporting to the Vice President-Special Projects.•Undertakes overview supervision duties on site to ensure general compliance of the works with approved shop drawings, specification and contract requirements and when necessary cause to address deficiencies associate with the same.•Coordinates all aspects of submittals, review and approvals against contract requirements and when applicable report and advise on deviations from the same.•Gives clear, concise and understandable instructions to Contractors to avoid abortive works and errors. Follows up with Staff to ensure compliance with requirements.•Coordinates all drawings with the Proposed Design Changes (PDC).

•Finishing works at handing over activities.•Reporting directly to the Projects Manager.•Site coordination with Client, Main Consultant, Main Contractor and Sub-Contractors.•Undertakes overview supervision duties on site to ensure general compliance of the works with approved shop drawings, specification and contract requirements and when necessary cause to address deficiencies associate with the same.•Coordinates all aspects of submittals, review and approvals against contract requirements and when applicable report and advise on deviations from the same.•Attend daily coordination meeting with Client, Consultant and Main Contractor and responsible for the minutes of meeting.•Prepares detailed design drawings thru AutoCadd and assist the designer for technical aspects.•Responsible for the site progress report.•Responsible for the revisions thru AutoCadd for any discrepancies as per site condition with proper coordination to our Designer.
