Provide leadership in creating and leading the Procurement function. Instrumental in development of vision,structure and processes in the organization to enable the company to maximize its purchasing leverage to obtain goods and services cost effectively. Strategic positioning of the company for best solutions including establishing purchasing guidelines, sourcing new suppliers, managing and reviewing contracts, assisting in contract negotiations and identifying cost saving opportunities.

Responsible for all facets of petroleum division including products and bio fuels strategy, procurement, petroleum pipeline shipping, hedging, inventory management, supply sourcing at over 60 terminals, common carrier distribution to over 400 retail stores in eleven states, retail product pricing and industry participation in fuels regulatory and legislative initiatives.
