Served as principal advisor to the Communications Squadron commander on all matters regarding enlisted morale, welfare and professional development. Guided configuration control, operations and maintenance for combat-ready Communications, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence (C4I), radio, and airfield systems valued at over two hundred forty million dollars. Oversaw a three million one hundred thousand annual budget and prepared/deployed trained communications personnel in support of Special Operations Forces and Air and Space Expeditionary taskings.

Superintendent of North Atlantic Treaty Organizations’s (NATO) Joint Forces Command (JFC) Brunssum’s NATO Communications and Information’s Systems Agency’s (NCSA) Network and Systems Engineering department comprised of twenty international military personnel. Responsible for providing dedicated combat-ready Command, Control, Communications, Computer and Intelligence (C4I) and reachback capability to JFC Brunssum, NCSA, NATO’s twenty-eight NATO partner nations, forty-eight Ministries of Defense, and the International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) Headquarters. Guided communications personnel during the Wide Area Network (WAN) architecture design, engineering, installation and maintenance of sixty-seven million dollars worth of Communications and Information Systems (CIS) equipment. Ensured twenty-four/seven secure and reliable data, voice and Video Teleconferencing communications for the Air, Land and Maritime NATO Component Commands. Developed training plans for five different multi-national career fields, evaluated personnel qualifications and certified new personnel on all CIS equipment.

Provided leadership and communications expertise for the Defense Information Systems Agency’s (DISA) Okinawa Field Office consisting of 6 personnel.Oversaw quality assurance of the Okinawa portion of DISA’s Global Information Grid (GIG) consisting of two Internet Protocol networks, two Department of Defense long-haul transmission networks, twenty-one Defense Information System Network (DISN) transmission facilities valued at over thirty-two million dollars. Conducted performance evaluations on thirty DISA-Pacific GIG facilities. Planned, coordinated and implemented Command, Control, Communications, Computer and Intelligence (C4I) upgrades. Provided communications/electronics technical engineering support to the DISA's Facility Control Office, all Military Departments, and other government agencies. Managed and commissioned all new equipment installations on Okinawa.
