Randy Marshall was a senior executive with extensive US and international business experience in leading and managing global professional services organizations. He has 35 years of advisory and consulting business experience counseling boards of directors and executive management. Prior to his retirement in December 2016, he served as a founder and Managing Director with Protiviti Inc. commencing in 2002 with 600 US professionals and grew the business globally to 4000 professionals by the end of 2016. He served as a member of the Firm’s senior management team and held numerous leadership roles, including leading the East Region Strategic Account program which comprised a significant number of the firm’s key client relationships, leading the US Financial Services Industry practice, serving as the Chairman of the firm’s Financial Crisis Leadership Team and leading the Financial Risk Solutions practice. He served nearly 200 clients in his career, ranging from global Fortune 50 organizations, bulge bracket investment banks, and private equity firms, to middle market institutions. This experience has been focused on providing consulting and advisory services in assisting his clients improve their business performance in various areas including operational improvement, transaction/M & A, finance/accounting, , governance, risk management and regulatory matters. Prior to founding Protiviti, Randy was a senior partner in Arthur Andersen’s US and Canadian practice, where he worked in both the consulting practice and the accounting and audit practice and held leadership positions in the firm’s Global and North American financial services industry team.
